30-year-old Samjhana Kisan of Baglung Municipality committed suicide on Tuesday by hanging herself using a shawl. Her family filed a complaint against a police constable after they found a suicide note which mentioned his name. 

Kisan allegedly had a relationship with the police constable and was pregnant with his baby. She mentioned in the suicide note that she committed suicide after the constable denied accepting the child. 

The family has denied accepting the body of the woman after postmortem examination on Wednesday.
