Sindhupalchowk,boksiko aropma kutpit garne aaropit giraftaar. Four persons have been arrested on February 11 on charge of beating up a woman on witchcraft allegation. Mishri Maya Shrestha, 28, of Kadambas VDC-1, Nanda Maya Shrestha, 46, Lok Bahadur Shrestha, 61, and Jujuman Shrestha, 64, were arrested on charge of injuring Mohan Maya Shrestha, 68, on February 4 at her home. The victim received treatment at KMC Hospital in Sinamangal. She had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on February 9. Shaman Jujuman had accused Mohan Maya of bewitching Mishri Maya after which they had attacked the victim. DSP Bharat Bahadur Bohara said that investigation had begun after taking the accused in custody.
