One arrested on the charge of rape in Palpa

On Tuesday afternoon, police arrested 30-year-old Bhabin Kumal of Bagnaskali-2 on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. A team deployed from Aryabhanjyang Police Station arrested Kumal after receiving a piece of information that he attempted to rape the girl on her way home, luring her by giving money.
