District Police Kanchanpur arrested 68-year-old Taradutta Joshi of Bhimdutta Municipality-11 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. Joshi had lured the girl by offering her 50 rupees. The police revealed that the man had offered 1 million rupees the family of the victim to keep the case to themselves.
