Jograj Air, a staff of Domestic Development Committee Dadeldhura, manhandled Bishnu Bhatta, the ward chairperson of Amargadi Municipality-10, on May 28. Inebriated Jograj verbally assaulted and manhandled the ward chairperson when the chairperson was making arrangements to accommodate returnees from India in quarantine.
