Three arrested on charge of rape in Palpa

Police have arrested a three men from Tinau Rural Municipality, Palpa on the charge of raping a teen on May 23. According to the police inspector Laxman Pachvaiya , 24 years old youth, 28 and 43 year’s old man were arrested after the victim lodged a complaint in District Police Office, Palpa.
