A complaint was filed at District Police Office on May 29 against 29-year-old Sadam Miya of Rupani Rural Municipality-1 accusing him of raping a 29-year-old woman.

The victim complained of being raped on August 18, 20,21 of 2019 by Miya. The accused is in Qatar. The victim has demanded to arrest the accused through the Qatar embassy with the help of Interpol and take legal action against him.

Police informed that no health checkup is necessary as the victim had submitted evidence that she waspregnant becausee ofo rape and had given birth to a daughter.
