Rape Accused Arrested

Police have arrested Nandaram Bhandari (61)of Dullu Municipality-8 Gauripeepal on 1 June 2020 in accusation of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim was raped on 22 April 2020 and the complaint was filed on 1 June at the District Police Office, informed Inspector Nain Bahadur Saud.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at the DDailekh Hospital on 2 June 2020 which resulted in the victim’s pregnancy, informed Dr Jina Sapkota.
