Complaint of rape filed against Rupandehi youth

A complaint was filed against Milan Raj Bhar (25) of Rohini rural municipality-4 on 14 June in accusation of raping a 14-year-old on 11 June 2020.
The complaint was filed on 11 June at the District Police Office, informed DSP Khadak Bahadur Khatri. He said an investigation is ongoing regarding the incident. The accused has absconded and search is ongoing informed DSP Khatri.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 12 June at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
