District Police Office, Rukum has arrested a soldier, Indra Bahadur Adhikari, 23, of The Famous Mahendra Dal Battalion, who hails from Katari VDC-3, Udaypur on charge of rape. An 18-year-old woman had filed a complaint against him saying Adhikari had raped her at Salle of Khalanga VDC-2 on March 13 leading to his arrest on March 18. District Police Office, Rukum said a case of rape would be filed against him. The accused, Adhikari has, however, denied the charge, claiming they were having consensual physical relationship since October 2013. He added that they had sex on the said date but the woman charged him of rape as his wife had found out about their relationship. Adarsha KC उदयपुर जिल्ला कटारी गाविस-३ कटारी घर भई दि फेमस महिन्द्र दल गण रुकुममा कार्यरत सैनिक जवान २३ वर्षीया इन्द्रबहादुर अधिकारीलाई बलात्कारको आरोपमा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रुकुमले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । खलंगा गाविस-२ सल्लेमा अधिकारीले ०७० फागुन २९ गते ७ बजे राति आफुलाई बलात्कार गरेको भन्दै एक १८ वर्षीया युवतीले उजुरी दिएपछि जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयले अधिकारीलाई चैत ४ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको हो । निजलाई जबर्जस्तीकरणी अन्तर्गत मुद्दा चलाइने जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रुकुमले जनाएको छ । तर, आरोपित जवानले दशै अगाडिबाट पीडित युवतीसँग सहमतिमै सम्बन्ध रहँदै आएको बताए । पत्नीलाई भाडामा कोठा लिएर राखेर आफू सेनामा जागिर गर्दै आएका छन् । अधिकारीका अनुसार सो दिन पनि युवतीसँग सहमतिमै यैन सम्पर्क भएको तर, पत्नीले थाहा पाएका कारण केटीले आफूलाई जबर्जस्तीकरणीको आरोप लगाएको बताए । आदर्श के.सी
