Police arrested Kancha Parajuli on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman of Mandandeupur Municipality-12 on April 27. Kancha allegedly raped the woman when her husband went to get some alcohol from the market. Kancha went to the victim's household to weave Doko ( a bamboo basket). Kancha and the victim's husband drank alcohol together before the victim's husband went out to get more alcohol.
