Accused of Witch-hunting Case Released on Bail

Siraha, boksi ko aropma kutpit garne haru dharautima riha. The District Court has issued release order for Mahendra Yadav, 42, and Badri Yadav, 50, of Asanpur VDC-2 on the bail deposit of Rs 7,000. The [decision] was delivered by registrar of the District Court, Khim Bahadur Thapa, deputy government lawyer Mohammad Munna said. Yadav duo was arrested on charge of thrashing Sabur Devi Yadav, 45, and her nephew Ashok Yadav of Asanpur VDC-2 on March 2. The injured were treated at Sriram Hospital, Gol Bazaar. According to Inspector Naresh Raj Subedi of Mirchaiya Area Police Office, Mahendra and Badri were arrested as soon as the police got information of the abuse on the Saburi Devi and Ashok.
