Police arrested 28-year-old Bhaskar Wali and 19-year-old Kewal of Babai Rural Municipality-5, Simgaira for soliciting donations of Rs 865,000. Chief of Area Police Office Tulsipur (DSP) Shiva Bahadur Singh said that they had threatened 26-year-old Lalit Gautam of Babai Rural Municipality-5, Hapure Bazar, to kill him if they did not receive donations.
On July 8, Bhaskar had written a handwritten letter in the name of Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplava group' and led in front of the main door of Gautam's house asking him to submit it within three days.
