Police arrested 26-year-old Jay Rai of Udaypur, Chaudandi Municipality on July 18 from Lalitpur, Satdobato on charges of raping a 16-year-old girl on July 17 taking her away to a friend's room at Nagarjun Municipality Ward-10 luring her with a promise of marriage.
