Youth accused of raping teen arrested from Udayapur

Police arrested 25-year-old Roshan Kuwar of Udayapur, Chaudandigadhi Municipality Ward-6 on August 6 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl at a hotel on August 5.
Kunwar was arrested after a complaint was lodged against him at the Area Police Office, Beltar on August 6.
