Man accused of raping sister-in-law arrested in Khotang

Police arrested a 42-year-old man of Khotang, Halesi, Tuwachung Municipality on August 9 on the charge of raping 48-year-old sister-in-law with speech impairment on February 25, 2020.
The accused was arrested after the relatives found out about the incident and lodged a complaint against him.
Police are investigating the incident.
