Dipak Kunwar, Principal of Ujjwal Sishu English Secondary School in Binayee Tribeni-6, Nawalparasi East, assaulted Krishna Prasad Acharya, guardian of a student at the school.
The principal beat up Acharya on August 12 because he said he could not pay school fees for his two sons because of the lockdown. Acharya broke his right leg because of the incident. Acharya allegedly owed 25-30 thousand rupees to the school.
The injured requires surgery for his leg.
