The Taplejung District Secretary of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand faction, Kishor Menyangbo, has been arrested by the police. According to the police source, he was arrested from Tapethok Chiruwa village of Phaktanglung Rural Municipality-4, Taplejung, on Saturday and was brought to the District Police Office.
A Police source said that they will extend the investigation time from the court on Sunday to investigate upon Menayngbo. The Chand group, which used to be active in the past, has nowadays stopped informing about the arrest of its cadres.
