Police have arrested a person on the charge of murder of his sister-in-law in Lamjung. The arrested has been identified as a 57-year-old Bil Bahadur BK of Kwholasothar Rural Municipality-9. Police arrested him on the charge of murder of 59-year-old Bimaya aka Buddhimaya BK of the same place. Buddhimaya was found dead in a suspicious circumstance at her house on September 8.
Police arrested Bil Bahadur 23 days after the incident and during interrogation, he confessed to police that he murdered her by hitting her on the head with a wooden stick over a land-related dispute between them.
