23-year-old Tekraj Thapa of Kalikot Mahabai Rural Municipality-6, now working at Surkhet-based Pradesh FM and Sarvajanik.com has been pelted with stones and punched by a group of seven unidentified youths near Radio Nepal in Birendranagar Municipality-2on the night of October 1 while he was going to his room after completing his regular work.
The victim was treated at Deuti Nursing Home in Birendranagar as he sustained injuries to his head, back and other parts of his body.
The victim Thapalodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Surkhet on October 2 seeking search for the accused and taking necessary action.
