Two arrested for manhandaling police on duty at Bhaktapur

Two persons have been arrested from Thimi Municipality-7, Siddhikali, Bhaktapur, on a charge of behaving indecently and assaulting police personnel on duty on Saturday night. The arrested were 33-year-old Jivan Malla of Bidur-2, Nuwakot and 36-year-old Sudan Rokka of Changunarayan Municipality-1, Bhaktapur. They had assaulted the police on duty from the Metropolitan Police Circle, after consuming alcohol.
According to the police further investigation is underway.
