Police Makes Four Accused Abductors Public

Kailali, apharanka aaropit char janalaai praharidwara sarvajanik. Kailali/June 1 Police have made public four men, accused of abducting one, at a press conference in Dhangadhi on June 1. The men- Head Constable Deepak Bahadur Singh of Baliya VDC-7, Kailali and posted at Lamki in Baliya VDC-7, Bikram Chand of Bailauri VDC-4, Kanchanpur, Ram Prasad Upadhyaya of Tribhuwanbasti VDC-3 and Rajan Bishta of Bishalnagar in Dhangadhi VDC-4 were accused of abducting and holding Dharmendra Pandey of Mahottari hostage. Pandey was held hostage and kept in a room in Top Tiger Hotel in Dhangadhi Municipality-4 and was rescued on a tip off to police. DSP Ramesh Pandit said that Pandey was called by the four men promising to sell him magic glass. Police said a case of abduction and hostage taking had been filed against him on May 30 adding Bikram Chand was a prime accused.
