Complaint against accused on the charge of rape incident in Dang

A complaint was lodged against 57-year-old Ram Bahadur Gandharva of Tulsipur sub-metropolitian-4 on November 3 on the charge of raping a 22-year-old girl. According to the victim, the accused raped the her on August 23 and due to the all round pressure of reconciliation within the village, there was delay to file the complaint. The victim underwent a medical examinaiton at Rapti Provincial hospital in Tulsipur.
