Nepali congress cadres staged a rally against the government in Gorkha, on Thursday,  over the arrest of senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel in Tanahu.  Nepal Students Union, and Nepal Tarrun Dal,  the sister wings of NC have organized the protest rally from Buspark to Haramtari Chowk of Gorkha Bazar.

Police had taken control NC leader Ramchandra Poudel from Buldi Khola Bridge, Tanahun, on the charge of defying the prohibitory orders He had reached there to inaugurate a Buldi Khola bridge .
