A headmaster of a community school in Dang has been arrested for assaulting a female teacher of his own school on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim teacher. According to the complaint the principal of Sikta Higher Secondary School in Sikta of Dang Rajpur Rural Municipality Ward No.7, Bishnu Khatri, indecently treated the female teacher Bishal Khatri for not applying black dye in her hair.  

According to the school teachers, a meeting of the school management committee held a few days ago had decided that students and teachers should wear black dye. But teacher Khatri was unaware of this decision. But headmaster grabbed her hand and threw her out the room. He even threatened her that he would fire her from the job.
