The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) staged a torch rally in the Babarmahal, Kathmandu on December 26 amid police intervention against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli' decision of parliament dissolution stating it as 'unconstitutional and undemocratic move'.
There was a scuffle between the police and JSP cadres during the protest.
