Rajbiraj,Balatkaari virudh ujuri. Meanwhile, police have forwarded a case against one Raffid Shesh (24), of Badgama, Kanchanpur Municipality-1 on charge of raping a woman. The Area Police Office, Kanchanpur, filed the case against Shesh following a health check up at Zonal Hospital, Rajbiraj. Kin of the victim claimed that Shesh had raped the woman at her own home during the night of May 26.
