Bus conductor beats up passenger in Bhaktapur

Police have arrested Sudip Khadka, a 20-year-old bus conductor of a public bus (plate number Ba 4 Kha 741) on the charge of beating up a passenger at Dudhpati in Bhaktapur on January 31. According to police, there was a dispute after the bus was delayed. Police are preparing to charge Khadka under Indecent Behaviour Act.
