A cloth businessman of Aashopur Balkawa3 has been abducted by an unidentified group on March 17.

Bijay Sah, 25, who runs a cloth business at Golbazaar in Asanpur6 was abducted while he was returning to his home after shutting down the shop. The abductors also took away his motorbike (Sa1Pa 4558).

According to the victim's father Rajendra Sah, the abductors made another businessman Shyam Sah get off from Bijay's motorbike before abducting him.

DSP Krishna Hari Sharma of the district police office said that police had been deployed for his search.
