Four accused of of public humiliation arrested in Dailekh

Police have arrested four persons of Thantikandh Rural Municipality-3 on the charge of publicly humiliating 42-year-old Bhim Lal Chaudhary of Basgadi Municipality-4, Bardiya, 24-year-old Bishnulal Chaudhary of Basgadi Municipality-6, Bardiya, and a 24-year-old woman of Thantikandh Rural Municipality-3.
The arrested are 24-year-old Prem Bahadur Shahi, 41-year-old Dhan Bahadur Thapa, 25-year-old Dal Bahadur Thapa, and 20-year-old Min Bahadur Thapa Thantikandh Rural Municipality-2.
According to Inspector Indrajeet Sunar, a 17-year-old boy is yet to be arrested and the four accused have been arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victims against them on February 17 accusing the arrested of publicly shaming them.
