Earlier on Saturday, police nabbed Dipendra Jethara, a local CPN-UML cadre, from Ghangal Village Development Committee, Harka Bahadur Bohara and Deepak Bista in connection with Bam's murder.
Bohara and Bista were teachers of the same school.

It has been learnt that Khem Bahadur Bam, the father of deceased had lodged an FIR against Jethara, Bohara, Gharti and Bista yesterday.
SP Shah said that the motive behind the murder is yet to be established. He further said that the truth will come out once the investigation is completed.
Bam was hacked to death at Barchhaun Village Development Committee in Doti on Friday night.
Preliminary investigation reveals that Jethara had accompanied the teachers to teachers’ quarters to sleep but had come out later in the night. Jethara then reached Bam’s house and called him out and then struck the victim with a khukuri.
