Siraha, Bahuvivahka aropitlaai safai. Siraha/ July 6 The District Court of Siraha has acquitted Kumar Shrestha, 25, of Dhangadi VDC-5, on July 6. He was an accused of polygamy. A single bench of District Court judge Binod Kumar Pokharel ordered for a clean chit to him. The decision was given in favor of Kumar after the victim turned hostile and the accused gave a statement rejecting polygamy. Kalyani Shrestha, 23, had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on December 6 accusing her husband of marrying Anita Khadka, 18, of Triyuga Minicipality-1 on December 5. The accused was arrested by the police on December 7 and was released on bail amount of Rs 15,000 on December 23.
