Morang, balakdwara balika balaitkrit. Morang/July 13 A 14-year-old boy has been arrested by the police in Pathari Shanishchare VDC-8 on July 13 on charge of raping a 9-year-old girl. The girl’s family filed a complaint against the accused at Pathari Area Police Office informing that the incident happened on July 12 when the girl was home alone. The girl was taken to Koshi Zonal Hospital, Biratnagar for medical checkup on July 13. Police said they were investigating the case. S
