Husband accused of domestic violence arrested in Mugu

Police arrested 21-year-old Suvash Rawal of Chaayanath Rara Municipality-3, Mugu, on June 2, on the charge of attempting murder on his 21-year-old wife during domestic violence. The victim’s side lodged a complaint at the DPO, alleging that Suvash tried to murder his wife on June 1, by strangling a rope in her neck after consuming alcohol.
According to the victim’s father, his daughter was able to survive as she was immediately rushed to the hospital with the help of his neighbor. A Health check-up of the victim was conducted at District Hospital, Mugu, on June 1.
