NSU burnt the effigies of PM KP Sharma and Deputy PM in Kathmandu

Nepal Students’ Union (NSU), a sister wing of Nepali Congress burnt effigies of Prime Minister KP Oli and Deputy PM as well as Town Development Minister Rajendra Mahato at Manohara of Kathmandu, against the dissolution of the House of Representatives, price hike in daily essential goods, and Mahato’s controversial speech. Meanwhile, police intervened in the protest and arrested 11 cadres of the Nepal Students Union.
