July 17, Police have arrested Nishan Pariyar, 35, of Chhang VDC-7 on July 16 on charge of raping a 17-year-old physically disabled girl on the same day. According to the police, Pariyar had raped the girl at her home where there was no one in there. He was caught in action by the girl’s sister-in-law leading to his capture by the locals. Police took him into custody on the same day. The medical check-up of the girl was conducted at Damauli Hospital on July 16.
