Youth arrested on charge of rape in Parsa

Police arrested Abdullah Ansari alias Surendra, a 25-year-old resident of Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality-1 on June 23 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old girl. Ansari was arrested by the District Police Office, Parsa on the basis of a complaint received that he had entered the house through the window of the victim's bedroom while her husband was out of the house for work.
