Siraha Youth accused of sexual abuse sentenced to one-year imprisonment

Sanjay Mandal, 23, of Dhangadhimai Municipality-12 in Siraha is sentenced to one-year imprisonment and fined Rs 10,000 by a district court on the charge of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl. The victim's family had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Lahan accusing the accused of sexually abusing the girl on August 9, 2020 The accused was arrested by the Area Police Office, Lahan on the same date.
