Dharan, Abaid youn dhanda chalaune Dil Kumari Jail chaalan. Dil Kumari Rai(Subba) of Dharan has been sentenced to jail against charge of sexual assault. She has been charged of abducting women and force them into sexual activities. The District Court convicted her of crime and handed down a jail sentence in Biratnagar Jail. She was arrested on July 1st and awaiting a court verdict.
