Police arrested Dhanbahadur Rokaya a 25-year-old resident of  Hima Rural Municipality-3 on August 21, on the charge of abducting a 10- month old child from Surkhet airport. According to the police, the accused Rokaya confessed that he abducted the child and gave him to an unknown person. The victim's side lodged a missing report of the child on August 20 saying that the child was missing since the night of August 19.
