Binod Pasi, a 38-year-old resident of Pamphapur in Nawalparasi West Ramgram Municipality-18 and his 13-year-old son Pradip Pasi were found dead in a field on August 28. According to the police, they went for shelter in their neighbour's house after water flooded their home.
