Teacher arrested on the charge of raping a minor student

Police arrested a teacher of Bhairab Secondary School, Prakash Thapa on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The absconding accused was arrested from Besisahar on August 30. According to police, after the counselling of a child psychologist, the victim disclosed that she was raped by the teacher.
