Makwanpur, Balika lai balatkar prayas garne giraftaar. Hetauda police has arrested Sallah Uddin Ostha, 22, on July 27 on charge of attempting to rape a 12-year-old girl. He tried to escape after girl made noise and asked for help. Police has filed case against Sallah Uddin Ostha for attempt to rape on July 28.
