Siraha, Dalit lai chuwachut gareko aroop ma dalit giraftaar. Bechen Chamar, 45 of Muksar-5,Siraha has been arrested by Area police office Golbazar on July 30 on charge of caste based discrimination. Women from doom community of same vdc were assaulted by Bechen Chamar and Kishan Chamar while they were about to use the public tap to collect drinking water. They were beaten and publicly humiliated by throwing their pot away. Among two of them involved in the case, One has been arrested, one has absconded and search for him is going on.
