Police arrested Om Pulami Magar, a 27-year-old rape convict who had absconded after the court sentenced him to 2 years and 6 months jail sentence on the charge of rape, on March 31, 2021. The accused had raped a 19-year-old girl from Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city on December 4, 2020.
