Gorkha/August 5 Police have arrested Dhan Kumar Rai, 37, of Phedi VDC-4 in Khotang and staying in Dharapani of Gorkha Municipality-4 on August 5 on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. According to Inspector Deepak Shrestha, Rai was arrested following a complaint lodged by the family of the girl on August 5. They accused that Rai had raped the girl while she was sleeping at her home on August 4. Inspector Shrestha said that the accused was charged with rape and investigation was ongoing.
