Ilam/ August 5 District Court of Ilam has ordered to remand Dhana Bahadur BK, 56, of Bhang Bari in Damak Municipality-1 in custody on August 4 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. He was arrested by the police on July 9. The accused raped a girl at her house on July 3. The victim's family lodged a complaint at District Police Office of Ilam on July 9 demanding action against him. He was transferred to district prison after the court order, said Inspector Kabindra Karki.
