Saptari, Boksiko arop ma durbehar garne giraftar. Police have arrested three people of the same family in Nakati Raypur VDC-8 on August 3 on charge of accusing a 40-year-old woman of being a witch. Shivanath Yadav, 48 and his sons Manoj, 24 and Saroj, 20 were arrested and currently being kept at Rupani Area Police Office custody. The woman has been admitted to Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Regional Hospital since August 2 after preliminary treatment at Unique Hospital in the same VDC. The accused reportedly tried to feed the woman human excreta on August 1 accusing her of being a witch.
