Morang,8 barshiya baalika balitkrit. Morang/ August 8 Khadga Bahadur Rai, 48, of Kerauni VDC-1 has been arrested by the police on August 7 on charge of raping an 8-year-old girl. The victim's family had lodged a complaint on the same day at area police office of Pathari. Based on the complaint, the accused was arrested on the same day for further investigation, according to SI Gaurav Subba. The victim underwent a health checkup at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, said police.
