Man arrested on the charge of attempted rape in Sindhupalchowk

Police arrested Gyane Lama, a 35-year-old man of Indrawati rural municipality-4, on December 7, from Kathmandu Gokarneshwor, on the charge of attempting rape on a 20-year-old woman. According to the victim, the accused attempted to rape the victim on January 15 when she was alone at her house. According to the police, the complaint was lodged on January 18, and the accused absconded after the incident.
